To maintain the health, appearance, and overall quality of your lawn, all mowing services are performed on a strict weekly schedule.
- We do not offer bi-weekly service
- We do not offer one-time or “as-needed” mowing
- We do not provide sporadic or fill-in service

Our mowing services are positioned as a premium, full-service offering, not a commodity.
- Pricing begins at $75 per visit and/or $300 per month
- Most recurring mowing clients invest approximately $300–$500+ per month during the mowing season, depending on property size, layout, and service needs
What’s Included
Each weekly visit is designed to keep your property looking clean, sharp, and professionally maintained:
- Professional lawn mowing using appropriately sized equipment
- String trimming around obstacles, beds, trees, and structures
- Defined edging along sidewalks, driveways, and hard surfaces
- Blowing and cleanup of all clippings from paved areas
Our crews are trained to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and care for your property.
Billing, Scheduling & Rates
We’ve designed our billing and scheduling process to be simple, predictable, and seamless for our clients.
All lawn mowing services are billed through eight (8) equal monthly payments from April through November, with automatic billing processed on the 1st of each month using a secure ACH or credit card on file. After each billing cycle, you’ll receive a detailed receipt outlining your scheduled service dates.
For convenience and continuity, all residential mowing services automatically renew each season, ensuring uninterrupted care year after year. If you need to make any changes or cancel service, we simply ask for 30 days’ notice.
Scheduling & Service Frequency
Lawn mowing services typically begin in early April and continue through early November, with approximately 32 consistent weekly visits throughout the growing season.
- Service is performed on the same day each week, weather permitting
- In the event of inclement weather, your visit is typically rescheduled within 24 hours to maintain consistency
